The People Behind 10X

Gianni grew up in a family-owned welding and manufacturing business — giving him deep respect for the skilled trades and the operational discipline that drives real outcomes. That foundation shapes everything at 10X Workforce.
A serial entrepreneur, he previously founded Stellar Group, a New York-based creative and strategy firm that helped clients win over $500M in contract value — proving early on that his focus has always been on delivering measurable results for the people he serves, not just himself.
He later founded Ad Rail USA — the first company in the United States to introduce escalator handrail media — operating a licensed elevator contractor business across multiple states at a national scale. That experience reinforced what the trades already know: execution on the ground is what separates real operators from everyone else.
Today at 10X Workforce, he is focused on one thing: redefining workforce delivery in the skilled trades through performance-based, capital-efficient labor solutions. Clear vision. Disciplined execution. Measurable value.
Outside the office, Gianni enjoys spending time with his family, serving those in need, sailing on Narragansett Bay, and reading every book he can get his hands on.
Charles Cooper leads 10X Workforce as President, overseeing the company's growth strategy, client relationships, and day-to-day operations. He brings a direct, results-driven approach to every engagement — ensuring that what we promise our clients actually happens in the field.
With deep roots in workforce solutions and a firm belief that people are the most important asset on any job site, Charles has built a reputation for straight talk, fast execution, and an unwillingness to accept mediocrity. He holds every member of the 10X team to the same standard he holds himself: deliver results or change what you're doing until you do.
At 10X Workforce, Charles is focused on building something that lasts — a company known across the skilled trades industry for doing exactly what it says, every single time.
Outside of work, Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing pickleball and traveling to Virginia beach to visit family and spend time with his family by the ocean.
Joseph Trotter serves as Chief Financial Officer of 10X Workforce, where he oversees financial planning, reporting, and the operational infrastructure that keeps the company's performance-based model working as designed. His approach to finance is rooted in stewardship — not just tracking numbers, but ensuring every dollar the company spends moves the mission forward.
Joseph understands that the 10X model only works when the financial engine behind it is disciplined and transparent. He is the reason clients and professionals can trust that commitments made at the front door are kept all the way through. That kind of reliability doesn't happen by accident — it's built, transaction by transaction, with intention.
