We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team, specializing in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Job Duties include:
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to a variety of commercial HVAC systems, Chillers, Boilers, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, package rooftops, split systems, controls, pumps, VAVs.
- Proficient reading wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently- maximizing productivity and minimizing down time
- Carrying and climbing ladders, up to 40’
- Share in after-hours on-call rotation
Employment Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Technical school education
- EPA certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass drug test & background check
- OSHA certification is a plus, but not required
- This position requires a range of physical abilities consisting of climbing, carrying 75 lbs. or more, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, push/pull, heights, confined spaces.
