- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand workforce needs
- Present and promote staffing services to decision-makers across industries
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
- Proven track record in staffing, recruiting, or related industries
- Experience sourcing leads and closing deals with large firms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Skilled in time management and prioritization
- Familiarity with CRM systems
