This is a high-end residential wiring project requiring craftsmanship, precision, and strong leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive luxury residential experience and deep knowledge of advanced lighting control systems, particularly Lutron Lighting Control Systems.

Key Responsibilities
- High-End Residential Wiring: installation of electrical systems throughout a luxury oceanfront home while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Lighting Control Expertise: Install, program, and troubleshoot Lutron Lighting Control Systems.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain exceptional standards of safety, organization, and craftsmanship expected in luxury residential construction.
- Project Execution: Ensure precise installations that meet both functional and aesthetic expectations.
✅ Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential electrical work
- Strong experience with Lutron Lighting Control Systems
- Ability to read electrical plans and execute detailed residential layouts
- Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, and problem-solving skills
