Position Summary
The Landscape Construction Crew Lead is responsible for leading a crew in the installation of hardscape and outdoor living projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a construction crew on active job sites
- Install and oversee construction of:

- Retaining walls
- Patios and walkways
- Outdoor kitchens
- Stone veneer
- CMU block
- Pool coping
- Porcelain tile
- Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and grades
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site logistics
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscape construction or hardscape experience required
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and manage site layout and elevations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license required (ability to drive trucks/trailers preferred)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
