Position Summary
We are seeking a Landscape Construction Crew to assist in the installation of hardscape and outdoor living projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, working outdoors, and being part of a skilled team.
Responsibilities

Assist with installation of hardscape and masonry features, including:Retaining walls
-
Patios and walkways
-
Outdoor kitchens
-
Stone veneer
-
CMU block
-
Pool coping
-
Porcelain tile
-
-
Prepare job sites (excavation, grading, base prep)

Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites

Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment
-
Follow project plans, layouts, and directions from foreman

Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship

Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
-
Previous construction or landscaping experience preferred (hardscape experience a plus)

Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, working in various weather conditions)

Willingness to learn and develop trade skills

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work as part of a team

Valid driver’s license preferred
